With over 20 years of experience as a leader and mentor, I’m passionate about empowering first-generation professionals to find their voice and share their stories. Amplify Your Voice is more than a workshop—it’s a journey to owning your presence, communicating with confidence, and stepping into leadership roles with authenticity.Â
As a first-generation professional, I went through my own personal struggles, particularly in speaking up and articulating my thoughts. I often held back until one day... (I don't want to spoil it for you... I will share my story at the workshop!)
