"I can’t remember the exact date I met Rosa but I will carry what she has taught me forever. When I started off in my career, I thought as a college graduate, I knew what I needed to do to get ahead in my career.

Turns out, I had no clue! The only reason I even found out I needed help is because I mentioned to Rosa I was interviewing for a higher position. She asked me if I had my opening ready. I didn’t and to be honest, I didn’t know what an opening was- she helped me put one together. She offered to mock interview me… I bombed but she gave me pointers and additional mocks.
